Cancellation Policy
- A no call/no show or last minute cancellations (23hrs or less before appt time) will be charged 30% of the service so please make sure to reschedule and/or reach out to me! :)
- Please reschedule at LEAST 24 hours before the appointment day and time! (don’t be afraid to reach out via text message or IG)
- Deposit can only be refunded if the cancellation is on me.
- Deposit is $20 for every appointment.
- If you are late that is okay!! just please let me know as I do have a 10min grace period.
-After 11 min you will be charged an extra $5!
-After 15 min the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.
